1 package of wonton wrappers
8 oz. package of cream cheese, room temp
8 oz. sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pepper-jack cheese, shredded
3 jalapeños, seeded then diced (note: if you want more heat, do not remove all the seeds)
1 1/2 cups crumbled bacon, cooked

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Using a mini muffin tin, gently press the wonton wrappers into each cup. Pre-bake wontons for 10 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool.

Next, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, pepper-jack cheese, diced jalapeños, and bacon into a bowl. Mix together.

Take mixture and scoop a spoonful into each wonton cup.

Place filled wontons back into the oven to cook for 10 minutes.

Then enjoy!

Depending on how full you fill your wonton cups, you may have extra empty wontons left over. Just remove these prior to final bake.
