Do you know what’s better than spicy boneless BBQ chicken wings? That’s right, Chili Romanesco Cauliflower Bites. Not only are they healthier than chicken wings, they are also gluten free! Definitely a big plus!
A couple weeks back, we asked our followers on Instagram and Facebook what their favorite way to cook cauliflower is. Many of you gave us some great tips, but we’re sure there are some of you who get stumped on how to prepare this bland, white food. We kicked it up a notch by using this amazing produce, the Romanesco Cauliflower. It’s not just interesting and in some ways mesmerizing to look at, but it is also more appealing to the eye than your plain, white cauliflower. What we are trying to say is it’s not boring!
Our Chili Romanesco Cauliflower Bites are a great way to spice up your simple cauliflower. The sweet and spicy chili sauce gives these Romanesco Cauliflower Bites just the right kick.
Serve these as an appetizer with a side of blue cheese, or as a side dish perfect for your backyard BBQ. Suddenly, we can hardly wait for summer!
